📦 Spinny Luggage Return & Replacement Policy

At Spinny, we’re committed to delivering premium quality trolley luggage to our customers. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple, transparent return and replacement process.

🔁 Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  1. You received a damaged or defective product

  2. You received the wrong product/model/variant

  3. There is a size or color mismatch (only if the product is unused and in original condition)

❗ Important Conditions

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • Invoice or Order ID is mandatory for processing any return or replacement

  • In case of customer-initiated returns (e.g., changed your mind), pickup and return shipping charges may be deducted

  • Refunds are initiated only after the product passes quality inspection

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during purchase

❌ Non-Returnable Products

  • Customized or personalized luggage

  • Used, damaged, or dirty products

  • Products without packaging or with removed tags
