At Spinny Luggage, we strive to deliver your trolley luggage safely, swiftly, and in perfect condition. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery process to ensure complete transparency.

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details.

đźš› Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We currently deliver across India. Delivery time may vary based on location:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote or special regions: Up to 10 business days

Note: Delays may occur during high-demand periods, festivals, or due to unforeseen courier disruptions.

đź’¸ Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include a small additional fee (if applicable and available in your area).

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and a link to monitor the delivery status.

If you haven’t received tracking info within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

📦 Packaging

All products are securely packed to avoid any damage in transit. In the rare case your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Replacement Policy and contact us immediately.

đźš« Undeliverable Orders

In case a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us. We will reach out to confirm redelivery, which may include additional shipping charges.
